We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • This role involves logging IT Service Desk cases, providing initial triage and technical support across various channels, and actively participating in Global Forums.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal or external resources and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Support users in the use of the ServiceNow platform by providing advice and walk-through.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and contribute to ServiceNow Store Applications support.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and familiarity with SaaS applications.
  • Experience working in a technical helpdesk environment, with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Log cases on the IT Service Desk and maintain details of software/hardware problems.
    • Provide initial technical support, solving customer inquiries via phone, email, or ServiceNow CRM.
