Job DescriptionJob Description

I seeking an Administration Assistant to join my team and help run my financial practice at New York Life I am seeking 10-20 hours per week (flexible, hybrid) with the ability to grow with my business. My vision is to start part time, and as my practice naturally succeeds as a result of your support, we can discuss full-time opportunities and what benefits/bonuses would accompany this.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Managed my online filing system
  • Manage my database/CRM
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

Expectations

  • in Waltham office for a few hours 1-2 days a week, with flexibility
  • Either have life, 6 and 63 licenses, or be willing to obtain them. Pay is dependent on licenses.
