We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant / Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our account managers and sales team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist account managers with various tasks to support sales efforts.
  • Client Database Maintenance: Keep our client database up-to-date and accurate.
  • Order Processing: Handle customer orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Invoicing and Payments: Generate invoices, process payments, and manage billing activities.
  • Customer Communication: Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries.
  • Report Generation: Run and analyze reports to support business operations.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects with fleet customers and internal teams.
  • Scheduling and Routing: Print schedules for orders and route deals for delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or billing role is a plus
