Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at I.C. Thomasson, a leading engineering consulting firm. As a key member of our MEP/FP team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that meet the objectives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with our internal team to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to secure new work and grow our client base.
  • Collaborate with architects, owners, and contractors to effectively communicate project requirements and deliverables.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong technical competency and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, mentoring and guiding junior engineers to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in commercial and institutional projects.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Mississippi or ability to obtain.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
