50K base plus commission

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including online research, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct in-home water assessments to demonstrate the benefits of water treatment systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration in assigned territories.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Present and explain the features and benefits of whole-house filtration systems and reverse osmosis systems to prospective customers.
- Customize sales presentations to address the specific needs and concerns of each customer.
- Close sales through effective negotiation and relationship-building techniques.
- Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay informed about the latest developments in water treatment technology and products.
- Understand and explain the technical aspects of water treatment systems, including installation, maintenance, and operation.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless delivery and setup of products.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Educate customers on the ongoing maintenance and care of their water treatment systems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Share insights and feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the water treatment industry or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain complex systems.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
