We are looking for an experienced dental treatment coordinator for our fee for service/PPO dental implant office in Brentwood Los angeles. We value creating a happy work environment and providing quality care to our patients. The treatment coordinator should be experienced in the dental field and should know how to file claims, bill insurance, schedule patients, and create and present treatment plans.
We are looking for someone who is personable, professional, prompt, and able to respectfully and effectively manage others.
Responsibilties:
- Create and present treatment plans to patients
- Has an understanding of dental insurance and procedures
- Is able to process and send dental claims
- Process EOBS
- Answer emails and phone calls of patients promptly
