Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Google Ad Sales In-House Sales Person to join our team at our Carlsbad office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of Google advertising solutions to clients in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
    •    Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities with healthcare industry clients.
    •    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and provide effective solutions.
    •    Present and pitch Google advertising products and services to potential clients.
    •    Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized advertising strategies.
    •    Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
    •    Stay updated on industry trends, Google products, and advertising best practices.

Requirements:
    •    Proven experience in sales, with a focus on Google advertising or digital advertising.
    •    In-depth knowledge of Google advertising products and services.
    •    Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its advertising needs.
    •    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    •    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    •    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
