Arkansas Professional Home Inspector - Full-Time - the area of service is a radius of 80 miles from Texarkana AR. We are seeking an individual that lives in Arkansas anywhere within a 100 mile radius of Texarkana or is willing to relocate to that area.

About the Role
Inspection Gator is looking for full-time or part-time experienced and newly licensed Home Inspector to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a team player that is professional and has excellent communication and people skills, well organized, comfortable with technology, and detail oriented. While a licensed inspector is preferred, we know there could be the perfect candidate who is ready and willing to complete the schooling requirements to become licensed. We openly entertain the right candidate at either stage of the journey.
What You’ll Do Here:
Perform multiple home inspections per day using a computer program tablet and/or phone to record observations to enter them into the software program which will generate a report. Ability to identify “defects” within a home or structure, photograph, and document the findings, and clearly communicate to the client with an educational tone. Skills needed are: critical thinking, inquisitive, and comfortable using a computer with basic to medium computer skills needed. This is a service business so a heart for people is important. You will be answering their questions and communicating your findings on a daily basis. Company provides wonderful support and hands-on specific training after required formal training and licensing are completed.
Physical requirements: A home inspector should be in good physical condition as they will often perform the following physical tasks:
o Carrying, setting up and climbing a 15-foot ladder. Climbing and traversing roofs 8/12 pitch or less.
o Accessing and traversing attic spaces, requiring good balance and equilibrium.
o Accessing and traversing structural crawl spaces (reasonable but somewhat small spaces)

Must have:
a valid Driver’s license and a car with good driving record
Availability to work weekdays/on-call Saturdays once a month in peak season
