We are seeking a Weekend Receptionist/Health Screener to relieve his/her supervisor of matters by performing routine administrative duties.
  • Screens all individuals entering our Community to detect and prevent the entry of COVID-19.
  • Manages the work flow of the administrative offices, answers and transfers phone calls while exhibiting a professional, courteous and service attitude to fellow staff, business contacts, visitors, families, and especially the residents.
***Weekend only (Saturday & Sunday 8AM - 4PM)***

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Excel, Word and Power Point. The ability to learn community software.
  • Ability to multi-task and support other departments.
  • Servant attitude
  • Team Player.
  • Rule follower and enforcer.
  • Good communicator.
  • Availability to pick up shifts throughout the week.
