We are seeking an intuitive individual to take on the role of an Inside Sales Representative with a technical background to support key accounts and develop a prominent career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule and support customer meetings with Key Account Managers and assist in driving action items to facilitate sales.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to prioritize and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Utilize Salesforce to construct quotes, track leads, and manage pipeline reporting.
  • Spearhead growth of international customer base through existing sales channels and direct communication with international government representatives.
  • Research and communicate industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Experience in a Sales role or related function
  • US Defense industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire for career growth as a Sales professional
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
