Job DescriptionJob Description

R&N Home Solutions is seeking motivated and outgoing Roofing Sales Consultants to join our team As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers, performing roof inspections, filing insurance claims, fighting the claim, and assisting customers throughout the roof replacement process. Your role will involve meeting with insurance adjusters for inspections, guiding customers through decisions related to their new roof, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new customers and generate leads
  • Perform roof inspections for storm damage.
  • Assist customers in filing insurance claims
  • Meet with insurance adjusters during roof inspections
  • Guide customers in decision-making regarding roof installations
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Stay informed about roofing products and services

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
  • Comfortable working on roofs and climbing ladders
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
  • Previous experience is a bonus but NOT required
