Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a professional Executive Assistant to coordinate and oversee our agency’s day to day operations. Theexecutive assistant’s role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. You should be ready to mentor your team members, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.

Primary Responsibilities

● Manages human resources, billing, quality, and compliance functions.

● Function as the back-up for billing and payroll.

● Employs qualified personnel and ensures appropriate orientation, ongoing education and supervision of personnel.

● Monitor licensure and other contract services to assure delivery in accordance with policy and contract specifications.

● Assist with the ongoing development and implementation of Performance Improvement Plans and the QAPI program.

● Responsible for billing oversight for the Agency, including assurance of adequate and accurate billing and collection practices and payroll.

● Oversees emergency operations and promotes emergency planning.

● Oversees general office operations and provides reports to leadership

● Remain knowledgeable on issues related to the Agency about state and federal rules and regulations.

● Evaluate, with assistance of Agency staff and others, the effectiveness of Agency services for improving health care to the population served. Support a culture of safety and quality.

● Attend and participate in all agency meetings, trainings and events, as appropriate.

 

Requirements

  • This is a full-time in-office position; Monday – Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm
  • Submit to pre-employment personality testing
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of home healthcare regulations
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
