Position Overview:
The Customer Care Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient management of Master Data, which is critical for the order fulfillmentprocess. This role requires a balanced skill set, with 50% of the work focused on high-level problem-solving, data mining, and analytics, and the remaining 50% onhands-on operations and data maintenance. The position will involve working within an ERP system and collaborating with various business functions includingMarketing, Sales, and Logistics.
 

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Master Data in SAP across multiple modules and support ongoing supply chain-related projects.
Apply knowledge and experience with SAP Material Master Data fields and tables.
Interface with various business functions at different levels, including Marketing, Sales, and Logistics.
Understand master data processes, standards, data governance, and data quality concepts.
Retrieve, combine, and analyze large data sets for validation purposes.
Utilize advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, advanced formulas) to manage and link various spreadsheets or data tables, and import/export datato/from other systems.
Identify areas for process improvement and drive the implementation of changes to streamline processes.
Work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
Create process flows and training materials as needed.
 

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of Customer Care experience.
3-5 years of experience with SAP R/3 or HANA systems, including:
Master Data Governance (MDG)
Transportation Management System (TMS)
Customer-Material Info Record (CMIR)
Accelerator Data Enrichment Tool (ADET Rules)
1-2 years of experience in Transportation/Logistics across all modes.
1-2 years of Import/Export experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Bilingual skills (Spanish/French/Other) are desired.
Experience with Celonis, Six Sigma, and CRM systems is a plus.
