Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are in search of a Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative. Our client is a non-profit organization in NYC and is in need of a Spanish or Mandarin speaking person for this role. The ideal candidate should be patient, cordial and well spoken.
Pay Rate: $20/hr
2-3 months
Hours: 9-5
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and respond to emails in a high volume environment
- Respond to client inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Help resolve client complaints
- Provide clients with product and service information
- Enter new client information into system
- Update existing client information
- Process requests, forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up on client calls when necessary
Requirements:
- Must be fluent Mandarin or Spanish speaking
- Call center experience
- Proficiency in data entry
