SALES ASSISTANT – HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA

 

WEBCO HR, Inc. is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide Construction Sales Office Support for one of our clients located in Huntington Beach, California.

 

SUMMARY

 

The Sales Assistant will not only answer phones and greet visitors but will be part of the Sales Team and will provide administrative support to the Sales Coordinators.

 

REDQUIREMENTS

 

· High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.

· Experience and familiarity with office equipment such as copiers, scanners, digital cameras, etc.

· Previous general construction office experience is required.

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment and prioritize multiple high-priority projects to ensure all deadlines are met.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

 

COMPENSATION:

 

· $20 -$25 per hour.
