Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and vetting talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is commission-only, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed candidate profiles and recommendations.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on activity and results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional network and promote company services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a full-desk recruiter or similar role in a recruitment agency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, including ATS and CRM systems.
