Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development 

Inside Sales Representative in Medical Equipment

Up to $32.00 per hour to start plus commissions and full company-sponsored benefits

As Inside Sales Representative, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Learning about the Company's innovative medical devices and equipment technologies
  • Receiving complete training
  • Identifying and qualifying new business development opportunities
  • Additionally, following up on warm leads
  • Communicating with new and existing customers
  • Reaching out by phone and email
  • Engaging key decision makers
  • Learning each customer's unique needs
  • Providing information on product details, availability, pricing and lead times
  • Making product suggestions upon request
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional products as appropriate
  • Creating price quotes
  • Taking, entering and processing orders
  • Administering changes and adjustments to existing orders
  • Updating customer account information in the Salesforce CRM
  • Providing post sale support
  • Addressing questions, inquiries and complaints as they arise
  • Running routine and special reports
  • Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

  • At least 2 years of Inside Sales, Business Development and/or Account Manager experience
  • Outbound Calling experience

Pluses:

  • +++ Related experience from the medical device industry
  • +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • +++ Salesforce experience
