Job DescriptionJob Description

The Engine Harness Development Engineer duties include, but are not limited to designing, prototyping and documenting engine, transmission, and electrified powertrain wiring harnesses to be used in dynamometer test cells. 

Requirements:  

·         Bachelors degree in electrical, mechanical, or aeronautical engineering

·         2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in automotive testing or electronics

·         Ability to design and modify electrical circuits

·         Ability to troubleshoot and correct wiring related issues

·         Familiarity with electrical noise mitigation, proper grounding, shielding, etc.

·         Comfortability with working on multiple projects in a fast paced environment

·         Experience using MS office and/or Google Suite applications

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Must HAVES:

Automotive / electronics background

Circuit design

Ability to troubleshoot wiring related issues

The position is 100% on site, 7:00a-3:30p.  Almost 0% travel (if any, it would be local).
