Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

The Construction Project Manager candidate must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.

The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Job Requirements:

· Knowledge in all aspects of ground-up construction.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of field personnel, employees, management, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers and owners.

· Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks / able to prioritize tasks.

· Read and understand project plans, specifications and other construction documents.

· Schedule and coordinate all construction activities by subcontractors and company field personnel for efficient production.

· Ensure all subcontractors are adhering to all appropriate safety regulations.

· Responsible for coordinating and scheduling work on multiple projects and will interact with estimators and the budget analysts to insure project deadlines and budgets are met.

· General oversight of daily construction activities at multiple work sites.

· Assisting in scheduling workers and the delivery of equipment and materials.

· Working with subcontractors to complete project within the given budget and time frame provided.

· Resolving contract disputes and arranging any necessary order changes.

· Proactively addresses issues with creativity and discretion.

· Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

· Relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
