YAI is seeking a Supervisor to work in our Manhattan and Queens Crisis Intervention Family Support Program. The social work Supervisor will directly supervise two licensed master social workers and two assistant social workers. YAI's crisis intervention program provides supports and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families. Services include: case management to connect people with the supports they need, short-term counseling to help enhance coping skills and identify solutions to problems, and behavior management training.
