We are seeking a Receptionist / Office Manager to join one of the top area construction firms in the area. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success (this role is performed in office, in North KC near the airport, typically hours 8am - 4pm).

Compensation: $20 - $28/hr, based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests/employees
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
