Qualifications

· 1+ year of inside sales experience preferred

· 1+ year of energy experience a plus but not required

· 1+ year of customer service experience preferred

· Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment as a team player

· A desire to understand customer needs and frustrations

· Ability to Build rapport over the phone and via text

· Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment

· Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

· Strong oral and written commitment skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

· Demonstrated ability in computer skills, including email, CRM system & Web-based tool

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday (Morning or Afternoon shift)

· Must be flexible to potentially work Saturdays once the call center opens up on that day

 

Ability to commute/relocate:

· Bedford, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting.

 

 

Must be willing to commute to Bedford, Texas for work. REQUIREMENT.
