Role Description

Rocket Orthopedic is looking for multiple Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. You will work closely with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. This is a full-time remote role.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with CRM software, MS Office, and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
