In this role, you will be crucial in providing outstanding support to our valued clients while gaining valuable experience in the merchant services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide courteous and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat to assist clients with merchant service inquiries and issues.

Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payment processing equipment, software, and systems. Assist clients with terminal setup and troubleshooting.

Account Management: Assist clients with account inquiries, changes, and updates. Ensure accuracy in client account information and resolve billing discrepancies as needed.

Training and Guidance: Educate clients on how to use our payment processing solutions effectively, including providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting common issues.

Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve client complaints and disputes, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the merchant services industry and our company's products and services.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

  • A basic understanding of payment processing or financial services is a plus, but optional.

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
