Missoula, United States Partners in Home Care Full time
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: Competitive Union Wages DOE

Come work with Missoula's premier home health provider.

Looking for better working conditions? Need more work/life balance? Need a more flexible schedule? We want to talk to you We are looking for some very special people to join our team.

Come work with this passionate, dedicated and committed team of clinicians who prioritize the patient and take pride in providing exceptional care to patients in our communities.

A little about us...Partners In Home Care, a highly-respected home health agency based in Missoula, Montana, is seeking to hire a few folks who want to reinvigorate their nursing career working with a highly professional healthcare team. We offer more than a job; we will help you build and sustain your career. Partners In Home Care is the premier home health agency in Montana. With a staff complement of 200 strong, we serve a radius of 100 miles around Missoula with a broad array of professional healthcare including nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social work and bereavement support. Our programs encompass Home Health, Hospice (the largest Hospice in the community), Home Infusion, Home Medical Equipment (including home modifications for those who want to age-in-place) and HCBS (the Medicaid “waiver” program that supports those who wish to live with independence).

We support you... with an excellent Education Team who ensure your learning is on track, with in-the-moment clinical support to answer your questions about your patients' needs, with an Annual Skills Fair to stay sharp, and with a patient triage service for on-call support which handles most patient needs during the on-call shift.

This is a full-time position with a business hour visit schedule and a rotating schedule for on-call and holiday coverage.

What we offer...We offer the following benefits to our employees:

  • Competitive Pay
  • Flexible Scheduling
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (and more...)
  • Extensive Paid Leave
  • 401K with generous Company Match
  • Continuing Education Stipend
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • We provide laptop, cell phone, and other equipment and supplies
  • We pay for travel time between patients and for charting time
  • Certification differentials available for specialty skills
  • Union membership is required of Home Health and Hospice RNs working from the Missoula office

Our RNs put the patient at the center of care... They work with a inter-disciplinary team to provide skilled nursing care, and case management for patients in their homes. They coordinate services to ensure continuity of care for patients and their families. They manage patient care through a staff of professional healthcare providers including Home Health Aides, Social Workers, Chaplains, and other team members. Through patient and family instruction and evaluation, they provide the highest quality care and attention. They maintain accurate, current and complete patient records to assist with patient outcomes. On-call scheduling is assisted through a first-contact service that we contract with to minimize the disruption in our nurses lives; the service reduces the number of calls by approximately 50%.

Your Qualifications include...

  • Valid driver’s license, appropriate auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • This position requires Montana Nurses Association union membership.

  • Experience with Home Care Home Base a plus.

Schedule:

Specific work days and work hours are as directed by your manager.
