Company Overview: Join the dynamic team at F45 Training, a global leader in high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Our studio is dedicated to providing innovative and effective workouts in a supportive, energetic, and community-driven environment. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Associate to help us grow our member base and share the benefits of F45 with our community.

Job Description: As a Sales Associate at our F45 Training Studio, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving membership sales and ensuring an exceptional member experience. Your enthusiasm for fitness and excellent communication skills will help you connect with potential members, understand their fitness goals, and guide them through our membership options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive membership sales through outreach, lead generation, and follow-up
  • Explain the F45 training program and membership benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Assist in planning and executing community events and promotions to attract new members
  • Manage membership inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and membership data
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and studio goals

Qualifications:

  • Passion for health and fitness, with a genuine interest in helping others achieve their fitness goals
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
  • Availability to work flexible hours and some weekends
  • Experience with LoyalSnap Lead Generating Software is a plus.
