Job Title: Administrative Clerk

Location: Chandler, AZ 85225 

Duration: 4 months Contract 

Pay Rate: $17to $18 on W2

 

Job Description:

Position Overview:

  •  This role supports the overdue redetermination teams by obtaining necessary documentation to complete eligibility redeterminations for DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities) members.
  • This includes requesting medical and educational records and managing information requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Tasks are performed remotely, with occasional office visits as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Request medical and educational records from healthcare and educational providers.
  • Assist in collecting Age 18 application documents for redetermination.
  • Handle and track requests for additional information, ensuring timely return.
  • Communicate effectively with applicants, members, and representatives from other organizations.
  • Utilize proper telephone etiquette and operate office equipment efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of community resources.
  • Experience with tracking systems and general office procedures.
  • Basic clerical skills, including proper telephone etiquette.
  • Computer literacy.

Required Experience:

  • Administrative or clerical experience.

Required Education:

  • High school diploma.
