Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Temp-to-Perm, $20-$21/HR

Monday - Friday, 1st shift


- Receives, enters, and monitors customer orders
- Handles inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner
- Tracks progress of orders and provides information to customers regarding open orders, shipping and invoicing.
- Helps to attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Assists sales team in meeting or exceeding set sales goals and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annualized basis.
- Maintains customer records and level of service by updating account information in the system.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assists with accounts receivables and collection calls.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services to customers
- Communicate effectively in English (and Spanish preferred) to assist a diverse customer base, other languages a plus
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to enhance their experience
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel
- Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to upsell products or services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience with data entry and CRM software is advantageous
