Pay Range: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour

Primary Responsibility:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facility equipment. This role is crucial in supporting safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems to achieve operational goals at our Auburn location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have a strong PLC background.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems.
- Support achievement of site business goals and objectives.
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of bending, sitting, kneeling, climbing, and walking as required by job demands.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends as needed for 24/7 operations.
Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to implement effective solutions.
