Duration:             05 Months Contract (With Possible Extension)

Pay Rate/Range: $25.00/hr. on W2 (Without Benefits)

 

Job Requirements:
Job Duties:
· Assist with HR project management, coordinating activities, obtaining resources, contacting vendors, and/or processing invoices/contracts.
· Provide administrative support for HR teams, performing data entry and coordinating calendars and meetings.
· Maintain HR project records and employee files, recommending and/or revising file maintenance systems and procedures.
· Will work in close coordination with the Executive Assistant to coordinate team member events.
· Administer, track, and report on small projects within the HR department including, but not limited to, data analytics, preparation of communications, and drafting or editing of Human Resources policies and guidelines.
· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements and presentations for on- going projects.
· Coordinate with the Human Resource Business Partners on employee onboarding.
· Assist with Orientation process to included coordination of employee acknowledgment paperwork.
· Conduct research for HR related tasks and initiatives
· Administers the employee engagement and recognition portal and processes
· Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Human Resources.
· Organizes meetings, conferences and other events
· Performs customer service functions by answering employee inquiries and/or directing employees to appropriate HR team member.

Requirements:
· Experience with MS Office
· Excellent organizational, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and time management skills
· Ability to work independently as well as with a team
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to maintain and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
· 1-2 years' experience in a HR department, knowledge of HR practices

Spotlight Call with HM:

· Speak Read and Understand English very well

· Other languages spoken onsite are French, Portuguese, Spanish

· This person is the gatekeeper for the HR Department

· Will be working in Workday

· Fielding employee questions

· Exp in Microsoft Suite

· Excel & Word

· Communicate well across departments

· Supervisors and Managers

· Working in HR, high level of confidentiality

· Applicants for this position may not be related currently to anyone working at SCR facility.

· 75% of time - HR tasks, spreadsheets,

· 25% other Admin Assistance, setting up large meetings, set up rooms, placing lunch orders, following up with attendees

· Will be working with other site admin assistant.

· One or two years of experience in HR with general knowledge is preferred

Education qualification - prefer HS Diploma, nothing required beyond that

· 1-2 years of experience - better rather than 20 yrs of experience

· Will have jobs & projects with one or two processes they own

· Times to run errands - transportation and license, baseline experience

· May extend after the end of the year once 2025 budgets are approved. This is an ongoing CW position the site has maintained and will continue to maintain.

 

Interview process - onsite face to face

· Probably two rounds of interview

· Call back finalists for 2nd & final interview on different day.
