WE ARE SEARCHING FOR A DIRECTOR OF FINANCE IN THE WEST CARLISLE TX AREA

This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled.

This role requires for you to be located within a daily commutable distance of our office location.

  • ·                     Monitoring financial performance
  • ·                     Variance reporting
  • ·                     Supporting the achievement of productivity and supply chain target
  •                      Serve as a key liaison to accounts payable and payroll process, in support of the managers and senior leaders                           throughout the ministries
  • ·                     Assist in facilitation of capital projects as prioritized and approved through regional and system processes
  • ·                     Assist with development of ministry budgets
  • ·                     Provide assistance as needed to the ministry senior management team and departmental leaders as they work                          to achieve annual and long-term strategies
  • ·                     Achievement of internal audit recommendations
  • ·                     Leading special projects as assigned for both the ministry and the region
  • ·                     Review of monthly financial statements

Required qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or another related field

8+ years of experience within a leadership role in healthcare/health administration

10+ years of closely related work experience (Ex. Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Compensation)

 

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

Master's degree in accounting, finance or business administration

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

HRMA or FACHE
