Solution Consultant

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales team by designing and selling managed IT solutions, including helpdesk services, managed network solutions, and cloud solutions. You will also provide product management insights into various solutions as part of the Product Management Team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop customized managed IT solutions, including helpdesk services, managed network, and cloud solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer environments to determine the best-fit solutions.
- Present and demonstrate solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Assist in crafting and presenting proposals and quotes to customers, ensuring that they are comprehensive and tailored to meet customer requirements.
- Act as a technical resource and trusted advisor for the sales team and customers throughout the sales process.
- Solution Design:
- Design and architect solutions that meet customer requirements, focusing on scalability, security, and reliability.
- Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and feasible.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers.
- Work with Technical Project Manager during the transition from sales to onboarding/implementation to ensure seem less handover and assist as needed during the design and discovery phases of the onboarding process.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing:
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to the sales team and other internal stakeholders on the latest managed IT solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to maintain expertise.
- Product Management Insights:
- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps by providing insights based on customer feedback and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Product Management Team to define new product features and solutions.
- Assist in the packaging and content creation of offerings at the direction of the Product Management Team.
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and service roadmap
- Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and vendors to expand our solution offerings.
- Customer Engagement:
- As requested by management, you may work closely with customers during the post-sales phase to ensure successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
- Assist sales team in additional product and service opportunities and positioning of additional services to existing customers.
