Busy allergy office is seeking an experienced medical front desk professional to join our team full-time (or part-time) in our Ardmore office.  MUST HAVE recent medical front desk office experience with EMR to be considered.  Full-time benefits available including medical insurance, paid time off and 401K.

Must have attention to detail, be flexible and a team player, have excellent patient skills, and have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.  Requires working closely with the physicians, nurses and other office staff to coordinate patient care.

Job responsibilities include:

  • answering phones
  • scheduling/canceling/rescheduling appointments
  • checking-in and checking-out patients
  • collecting patient co-pays
  • filing/scanning
  • verifying medical insurance/referrals/deductibles using various websites
  • balancing daily receipts
  • other office duties as required.
