Seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracting Service Manager.  Excellent career opportunity.   

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • The Service Manager serves as technical support and quality assurance of all field personnel
  • Must be able to effectively work with both installation and service
  • Provide technical assistance to the install and service staff
  • Ensure quality work is completed in the field
  • Train install and service technicians as required
  • Oversee daily Service and Installation schedules
  • Facilitate weekly safety/training meetings
  • Evaluates work load and schedules service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits.
  • Resolves customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Timely and accurately generate reports that measure departmental operations; maintaining accurate records of all types to be reviewed with management.
  • Understand and work toward departmental goals... The business part and the sales part.

 

 

 

 

Requirements

 

1.  3 or more years of Mechanical Contractor Service Management experience.
