Account Representative

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Location: Lithonia, GA 30058

Pay Range: $20-21/hr

Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is identified

Length of Contract: Through 2024, with a high likelihood of extension and/or conversion to a permanent opportunity

Team Dynamic: Join a small, engaging, and people-focused team. The office environment is business casual, and all team members work onsite 100%. As an account representative, you'll support key accounts by placing and processing orders, providing order status updates, offering product information and pricing quotes, and handling any order-related inquiries.

Systems: Experience working with a CRM and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required as multiple systems will be used.

Onboarding Requirements: Background check and drug screen (no THC).

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately with a CRM system
  • Answer customer inquiries via inbound calls and email communications
  • Provide price, availability, status updates, and other information to customers as requested
  • Utilize an electronic archival system to retain customer orders received by fax/email/mail for easy retrieval

Skillset Requirements:

  • Self-Starter: Motivated and curious about the role and how you can contribute.
  • Phone Experience: Comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone.
  • Data Entry: Capable of accurate and efficient order processing.
  • Customer Service: Experience working with distributors and handling inquiries about order status and pricing.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Proficient operation of PC and associated software
  • Ability to focus on detail and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate production information
  • Self-starter, disciplined, well-organized, and assertive
  • Ability to work autonomously to achieve customer satisfaction and team goals
  • Must be able to work cooperatively in a team environment
