Key Responsibilities- Order Taking and Fulfillment
Take orders over the phone and in person, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
Order Preparation and OrganizationPrepare orders and organize them into bags, ensuring that all items are included and accounted for.
Guest Service and SatisfactionGreet guests and drivers within 30 seconds, cash out guests, and ensure their satisfaction with their order.
Cash Handling and AccuracyResponsible for accurate cash handling, including cashing out guests and handling online and to-go orders.
Order Confirmation and PackagingPack TOGO and delivery orders, confirm orders with guests/drivers, and ensure that all orders are complete and accurate.
