We are actively hiring a Strategic Account Executive with proven experience generating new business in the Management Consulting and Professional Services industries. This person will cultivate and grow existing client relationships as well as develop and execute a strategy to pursue new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by developing relationships with new & existing clients; unearthing ways in which PCG can add value to clients; then partner with PCG team to bring viable solutions to positively impact their business.
• Recognize that to help solve problems and deliver value, the people who have those problems must first Know, Like and Trust you.
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, and industry events in effort to grow to goal of generating sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our consulting services, tailoring solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.
• Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals with a focus on long-term client relationships.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of existing and prospective business with both new and existing clients.
• Strengthen brand awareness through active industry involvement.
