Role:

Intentionally invest in gaining experience and knowledge for professional, personal, and spiritual development.

Responsibilities:

•Assist the Director of Finance and Operations in the organization and execution of ministry within the Operations Teams

•Develop skills, knowledge, and experience through project ownership and consistent contributions in one of the following areas, dependent upon their interests and abilities:

o Facilities & Security

o Finance & Accounting

o Data & IT

•Attend weekly meetings with Supervisor and assigned department

•Manage confidential and sensitive information professionally and with the utmost integrity

•Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

•Align to and live out the Westwood Staff Culture:

o Head High

o Heart Soft

o Arms Linked

o Feed Forward

Requirements

•Someone who lives a life that honors God in heart, actions, and relationships, with the goal of becoming more like Jesus

•In process of pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (ie. Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, etc.)

•Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

•Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

•A posture of teachability and adaptability

•Ability to meet deadlines and work with a team

•Endorse and support Westwood's Statement of Faith

•Agreement with Westwood's vision, values, and beliefs
