Job Summary
As a Lead Service Technician, you will be required to drive company provided van to client locations in the Kansas City area, perform responsibilities, ensure proper documentation of work being performed, maintain equipment, respond to client requests, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide technical training on company equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.
  • Meet with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing.
  • Ensure the client signs the Terms and Conditions before work begins.
  • Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
  • Maintain and test equipment.
  • Perform preventive equipment maintenance on company equipment.
  • Perform technical training to Assistant Service Technicians.
  • Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle.
  • Complete job reports.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to drive company van
  • Adapt to daily schedule adjustments.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve.
  • Good communication and training skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
