Cleveland Ice Cream in Miramar, FL is looking for an ice cream team member to join our team. We are looking for outgoing friendly personality to be the face of the brand when our customers enter the establishment. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged providing a quick personable experience.

The candidate must be available to work up to 40 hours a week including 3-night shifts with weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

 

  • Greeting customers with a smile
  • Maintaining Ice Cream inventory
  • Collecting payments
  • Suggesting flavors
  • Answering guest questions
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Keeping a clean work area & Dining Area
  • As well as and not limited to hourly bathroom checks to provide a clean restroom for the customers and employees

Qualifications

  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Open availability including holidays
  • Prior work history in the food industry with at least 2 years of experience or customer service but willing to train the right applicant.
  • Experience in a fast past environment while taking customer orders
  • Able to communicate with fellow team members to check out guests fast and efficiently
  • Able to lift 40 LBS
  • Able to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
