MUST:
Experienced Membership / Event Coordinator
1+ years' experience membership or event coordination (academia or professional)
1+ years Data entry
1+ scheduling experience
Experience in the DoD / Intelligence community strongly desired above all
Must be Excel advanced skilled user
Excellent Customer service skills are required
Bachelor's Degree or substitute for 4 years of relevant professional experience

DUTIES:
Meeting and Event Coordinator (Intelligence):
Assists the Director, Intelligence Meetings & Events, in support of the Vice President for Intelligence, in planning and executing all department activities to include
overseeing the logistical and administrative arrangements for department conferences, committee meetings, and related activities including:
Attendee registration for classified and unclassified events
Exhibit/sponsorship sales and registration
Speaker registration
Promotional and web page content and maintenance, including social media outreach
On-site event management
Data entry
Payment reconciliation
Provide planning support, outreach, and strategy recommendations to Emerging Professionals in Intelligence Committee (EPIC)
Outreach Coordinator :
Serves as the lead for clients support throughout clients Regions and Chapters and provides administrative support for individual membership programs, and oversight of membership promotion at clients International and chapter events. Additional responsibilities include:
Provide support and outreach to clients Advisory Council officers and members
Create welcome and thank-you letters to Regional affiliates
Plan and execute Award Programs
On-site event management
Exhibit/sponsorship sales and registration
Speaker registration
Promotional and web page content and maintenance
Data entry
