Looking to make the jump to Manager? We are able to accept entry level Project Managers wanting to learn and grow.

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a background in residential construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors of multiple projects
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with subcontractors 
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong management skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Self motivated
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Valid and clean driver's license
