  • Successfully complete project work, including analysis, design, development, documentation, and testing of client network operations.
  • Perform quality assurance activities to standardize best practices.
  • Assist in designing and deploying IT infrastructures and protection strategies to support client business plans.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for Support Specialists and Systems Engineers within the market team.
  • Implement network infrastructure and security policies to promote client objectives.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Reside in the DFW Metroplex area.
  • 5 years of network administration experience.
  • 5 years of operating systems experience (Windows, Unix, or Linux).
  • Preferred certifications (at least one):
    • MCSA/MCSE Windows Server 2003 or above
    • MCITP
    • Citrix CCA
    • CCNA with Specialization (Security, Voice, Wireless)
    • Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA)
    • VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
    • SonicWALL: CSSA
    • VoIP
    • Unitrends backup
  • Proven experience in designing, installing, and supporting networks in multiple environments for diverse clients.
  • Strong proficiency in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting networking services: HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, VIPs, ACLs, routing, and switching.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing IT projects.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to provide rapid and effective network solutions.
  • Commitment to maintaining continuous operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, fostering team development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid and clear driver's license.

Internal/External Contacts:

  • Daily interaction with multiple clients regarding technical issues.
