Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, specifically with expertise in migrating from Classic to Lightning, Service Cloud, and APEX development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience, ensuring a smooth transition for all users.
  • Design and implement Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service and support processes.
  • Develop and maintain APEX code to support various business processes and integration needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to the development team.
  • Perform system architecture reviews and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to leverage new capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Expertise in migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
  • Extensive experience with Service Cloud functionalities and best practices.
  • Proficiency in APEX development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience with other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
