We are seeking a highly motivated Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our thriving restaurant in Gainesville, FL. As an Assistant FOH Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing team.   

60K-70K, 5-10K potential in Bonus, Great benefits

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.

·         Deliver exceptional guest service by consistently exceeding customer expectations.

·         Build and maintain a positive and productive team culture.

·         Drive sales and increase profitability through effective management.

·         Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

·          

Qualifications:

 

·         Proven experience as a FOH Manager in a high-volume restaurant.

·         Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

·         Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

·         Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Five-day Work Week (50hrs/week), max. of 3 closing shifts a week
