Summary: The customer service department plays the critical interface role between our dealer network and the KE USA Operations Group. Their primary responsibility is to receive and process dealer orders ensuring that;
- All pertinent information is collected, and accurately inserted into the company’s database system,
- Current company pricing policies are followed
- Orders are confirmed with planned delivery dates.
The customer service department also reaches out to dealers to coordinate & confirm delivery information and remind dealers of payment policies. Occasionally, they collect dealer feedback regarding various product quality, installation and/or delivery problems.
Their experience and product knowledge can also assist the dealer with the choice of KE products to best satisfy their end customer needs.
Required Experience:
- Customer Service experience (minimum 1-2 years)
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive dealer order forms and correctly input order information in the company database system following company policy
- Finalize all information required to cleanly transfer new orders into production, concluding with a dealer order confirmation and delivery commitment.
- Conduct dealer sales follow-up activity as needed
- Update dealer profile information in company database system
- Ability to work in a seasonally fast-paced environment with occasionally changing priorities
- Coordinate information among internal departments( i.e.; Accounting, Production, Shipping, Engineering)
- Be a team member who is able to work in a group setting, and work towards daily or weekly goals.
- Perform other rated duties, as requested
- Availability to work overtime, as needed during peak production periods

- Ability to manage changing priorities and numerous ongoing calls
