Your Impactful Role as an RN Case Manager:
The RN Case Manager is an integral part of the healthcare team at our Shoreview office. Your responsibilities will include:
· Managing and Scheduling Visits: Taking charge of managing and scheduling your patient visits, you'll travel throughout the area to provide personalized 1:1 nursing services in the comfort of their homes.
