We are hiring several Call Center Representatives - Appointment Setters for our Outside Sales Representatives.
Job Summary:
As an Appointment Setter / Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via phone to promote our products and services, handle inquiries, and achieve sales targets. You will play a crucial role in our customer outreach strategy, contributing to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products or services.
- Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record call details, customer interactions, and sales information in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to achieve overall company goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
This is an hourly position plus an aggressive production bonus and the eligibility for benefits after 90 days. If you have any questions regarding compensation we are happy to answer them in detail during the interview process
