We are looking to hire a Facilities Maintenance Tech to join our Luxco team in St. Louis, Mo. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial building maintenance and grounds keeping.

What will you do?

Groundskeeping

  • Inspecting campus grounds daily.
  • Correcting issues found including weed removal, trash pickup and snow shoveling as needed.

Contractor Liaison

  • Oversees building services work performed by outside contractors including snow removal, landscaping, larger building repair or renovation projects.

Preventative Maintenance

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all facility equipment including HVAC systems, Boilers and Chillers.
  • Performs routine maintenance tasks in a campus of commercial buildings, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.

Driver

  • Picking up, delivering spare parts or materials when needed to support the bottling operation.
  • Schedules basic vehicle maintenance on company truck.

What do you need to bring to the table?

  • Three years commercial building maintenance experience.
    • OR an associate degree in the field of Industrial Technology and a minimum of one year of experience in commercial building maintenance.
  • Flexibility to work off shift/overtime when required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Hand and power tool knowledge.
  • Entry level computer skills (Email, Excel, Word).
