The ideal candidate for the Facilities Maintenance Specialist position is collaborative, approachable, and committed to upholding the safety and cleanliness of our residences.

Reporting to the Director of Facilities Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in the upkeep and maintenance of our properties and equipment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the environment is secure, safe, and well-maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cleaning of floors and carpets
- Maintain and service central vacuum systems
- Oversee landscaping and outdoor maintenance
- Manage snow and ice removal
- Repair and repaint walls as needed
- Ensure furniture is in good condition

All candidates must possess a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation, as our properties are located at various sites.

Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM.
